Do you offer hourly billing?

No. Every engagement has a fixed scope and fixed price. We believe hourly billing creates the wrong incentives — it rewards taking longer, not delivering better. Fixed scope aligns us completely with your outcome.

What does “client owns everything” mean in practice?

At handoff, you receive full ownership of all repositories, Terraform modules, agent code, runbooks, and documentation. Nothing is locked in our systems. If you never work with us again, everything continues to run.

Is Legion deployed in my environment or yours?

Yours. Legion runs inside your Azure tenant. Your logs, metrics, and infrastructure data never leave your environment. This is a deliberate architecture choice — stronger compliance posture than any SOC2 certification.

What if the scope changes mid-engagement?

Scope changes are handled through a formal change order with a defined impact on timeline and cost. Nothing changes without your explicit sign-off. Most scope questions are resolved during the Discovery Call before the SOW is signed.

Do I need to be Azure-hosted to work with Instinct SRE?

For the AI Team + SRE tier, yes — Legion is Azure-native. The SRE Foundation Sprint is cloud-agnostic. If you’re on AWS or GCP and interested in the AI tier, book a Discovery Call and we’ll discuss a migration path.
